1. General Provisions & Acceptance

vs89 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, address, and payment information when required. Copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on vs89 is ৳200 (two hundred taka) per method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Only deposit from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• vs89 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x (25 times) wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and specific terms.
• A promotional offer cannot be used alongside another offer at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, vs89 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.

5. VIP Program

The vs89 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Cashback is added to the member's account at a set time each week. Eligibility for cashback depends on activity during that week. vs89 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Permitted Use

The vs89 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Every game is operated in accordance with fair play principles.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system unfairly.
• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to operate games.
• Operating an account using funds belonging to a third party.
• Any attempt at fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, vs89 may suspend or close the account and cancel all deposits and bonuses. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User Request

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance, provided no active bonus conditions are pending.

11.2 Suspension by vs89

vs89 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time without notice due to a breach of Terms, suspected fraud, or legal obligations. In such cases, applicable bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a transaction, game result, or account matter, please contact our support team first. We consider all complaints fairly and work to resolve them.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, vs89 is prepared to cooperate with an independent dispute resolution process. Our decision will be considered final unless determined otherwise through legal proceedings.

vs89 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible.
